Insurance & Rates

*We are continuing to contract with multiple insurance companies and the list may need to be occasionally updated.  Please ask us if we accept your insurance if you do not see it on the list.  If we do not accept your insurance, you may contact your insurance company and inquire about us becoming a provider.


The self-pay cost for individual therapy is $95 per 45-minute session. When using health insurance rates vary and are dependent on the rate assigned by your health insurance provider.

Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis. As you progress through treatment and reach treatment goals, we will discuss transitioning to bi-monthly sessions.  This is dependent to your own treatment needs.

All co-pays, deductible amounts, and private pay fees are due at the beginning of each appointment, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 45-60 minutes. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your sessions. Appointments are typically held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Appointments scheduled further apart may occur due to medical necessity.

If you request any letters, forms, or any other paperwork to be completed, such as FMLA or disability forms, please be advised that there is a fee for paperwork. My fee is $85.00 per form.


The time required to make copies or prepare and send faxes, and any other administrative business (e.g. preparing releases of information or requests for records; phone calls to lawyers or other non-clinical calls) not directly related to the provision of clinical services, will also be assessed based on a rate of $85.00 per hour.

I will not complete any FMLA, disability, other paperwork or letters of support unless I have met with you for at least 6-8 sessions.  I will also not complete any FMLA or disability paperwork if I do not believe I can support it based on what you have presented at intake and during sessions.

Payment Methods

All payments are due when services are rendered.  Cash is only accepted during in-person sessions.  Credit Cards are accepted with either telehealth or in-person sessions.  We do not accept checks or money orders.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a cancellation fee if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a fee of $75 if cancellation is less than 48 hours.

Appointments are considered missed appointments/no-shows after 15 minutes of the appointment start time. You will be responsible for a fee of $100 if a missed appointment/no-show occurs.
